It consists of high temperature resistant burn layer, transition layer, organic heat insulation layer, strong layer and heat resistant layer in order.
Characteristics: The micro-porous carbonized layer is produced when the cover rubber meets high temperature, which is burn-resistant and can prevent further heat transfer into the belt and reduce the internal strength of the tape. The carbonized layer generates irregular small cracks during the operation of the tape body, and uses the tape body to cool down.
The inorganic material with diameter structure is used as the skeleton material of the burn-resistant conveyor belt. The use of this skeleton material solves the difficulties of high-temperature charring of cotton canvas, high-temperature shrinkage and deformation of nylon and polyester canvas used in the past, and has the characteristics of small strength loss and no shrinkage and deformation under high temperature.
