PVC Solid Woven Conveyor Belt is a complete solid woven skeleton layer immersed in a plastic compound (PVC). The belt is highly flame-retardant and antistatic, has high tensile strength proportional to weight, good integrity and no delamination, excellent impact resistance and tear resistance. It is very suitable for coal mines, underground mines, power stations, chemical industry, metallurgy and other working conditions that require fire resistance and antistatic.
Our PVC Solid Woven Conveyor Belt is developed with excellent weaving technology and has a flexible structure. This means easy access to the tank, reducing overflow and increasing load-bearing capacity.
The belt is mainly used for underground coal transportation, but also used in metallurgy and chemical industries. It is made by plasticizing or vulcanizing a solid braided core and dipping it in PVC paste.
The solid braided conveyor belt is made of the whole belt core by dipping or vulcanizing with polyvinyl chloride impregnant. Its main features are high strength, heavy load, and stable conveying performance. In addition, it is also flame-retardant, anti-static, anti-vibration, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
